Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms form the agreement between you and Mukti Health for this product. You must be at least 18, or act through an authorised parent, guardian or organisation representative. Account information and professional credentials must be accurate and current.
2. Mukti’s role and emergencies
Mukti is a technology and coordination platform. Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies remain independently responsible for licensed clinical services. Mukti does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment result, provider availability or delivery time. Call Bangladesh emergency service 999 when life or safety is at immediate risk.
3. Services, orders and cash payments
The app may support consultations, hospital services, ambulance coordination, medicines, diagnostics and related operations. Review service details and prices before confirming. Mukti currently records cash collection only. A booking, quote or dispatch may be cancelled, rejected or adjusted when safety, availability, stock, distance or law requires it.
4. Account security and Mukti ID
Your Mukti Health ID is a unique service identifier, not proof of citizenship, clinical status or professional licence. Keep credentials and OTPs confidential. Tell Mukti immediately about suspected misuse. Mukti may suspend access to protect patients, investigate abuse or comply with law.
5. Privacy, recordings and AI
Use of personal, health and location data is governed by the Privacy Notice. Microphone recording requires clear notice and permission from the people present. Doctor dictation is sent for speech-to-text processing only after consent; audio is not retained by Mukti and resulting text remains a draft until the doctor reviews and saves it.
6. Telemedicine
Telemedicine has limits, including incomplete physical examination and connectivity failures. Patients may withhold or withdraw telemedicine consent without losing the right to future care. Clinicians must follow BMDC rules, protect confidentiality and arrange in-person or emergency care where clinically required.
7. Role responsibilities
Doctors must maintain valid BMDC registration, practise within their professional scope, obtain any required telemedicine or recording consent, verify AI-assisted drafts, and personally confirm every clinical record.
8. Marketing choices
Service and security messages are part of operating the account. Marketing email is optional, recorded separately and can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop care or operational messages.
9. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit false documents, scrape or attack the service, bypass access controls, harass users, misuse emergency workflows, or access a record without a care or operational need. Mukti may preserve evidence and report unlawful activity.
10. Complaints, refunds and records
Contact support@mukti.health with a booking or order reference. Refunds, corrections and complaints are handled according to the service facts, partner rules and mandatory consumer law. Clinical records are corrected by an auditable amendment; they are not silently rewritten or deleted where law requires retention.
11. Liability and service availability
Mukti uses reasonable care to operate the platform but internet, provider and third-party services may fail. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for decisions made outside the platform and for following professional advice.
12. Changes and contact
Mukti will present a new version for acceptance when a material legal or service change requires it. Continued access after acceptance applies to that version. Contact support@mukti.health for help and for data requests.

These terms are designed around the Contract Act 1872, Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, Personal Data Protection Act 2026, Cyber Security Act 2026 and BMDC Telemedicine Guidelines. Mandatory rights under Bangladesh law continue to apply.
